To use port forwarding, you need to enable the option in the advanced settings area, and then connect to one of the PIA servers that support port forwarding. One drawback for torrenting is (once again) the US jurisdiction.

PIA allows you to torrent files without any sort of bandwidth restrictions or limits. The VPN service supports P2P sharing from any location and they do not place any restrictions on your Internet activities.
