I had the same issue. the last firmware for Asus RT-N66U has a bug. I upgraded 3 routers at different customer locations to the firmware ASUS RT-N66U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.380.3264 All have the same issue of random router reboots. I tried to downgrade and the web upgrade does not seem to work for downgrades. I used the restore software.
