This was due to, after deletion of the network bridge, all the WiFi settings had been removed. So to reset them follow : Network connections > Right click WiFi > Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Ok Now the Settings should be reset and you can reconnect to the internet along with installing Pulse with no conflicts
